LiDAR—2D floor plan: $175 (or $75 when combined with another higher full price service). Measuring with a video sonar scan of all interior wall/floor joints and exterior living areas (decks, patios, pool, etc.); includes placement of fixtures, appliances, windows and doors.

laser measure—2D floor plan: 7¢ per sq. ft. Surveys done on-site with laser measuring of the entire property's exterior foot-print, exterior living area (decks, patios, pool, etc.) and interior room dimensions; includes placement of fixtures, appliances, windows and doors. Also includes breakdown summary of square footage.

3D rendered floor plan: $200 for up to 1000 sq. ft, $100 per additional 1000 sq. ft. Starting with a 2D Floor Plan to create a photorealistic render of your space to show off every corner (includes furnishings). Ideal for proposed development, renovation inspiration, unphotographable space, or a better look at the overall floor plan. Includes 1 birds eye view image of each floor, and 2 angled images of the entire property.

360° virtual tour of rendered 3D floor plan: $300 for up to 1000 sq. ft, $100 per additional 1000 sq. ft. Includes all Modern 3D Floor Plan items along with virtual 360 degree panoramic walkthrough of property, sunlight adjustment, interior lighting, exterior views, and surrounding terrain presentation. Ideal for showcasing outdoor areas, vaulted ceilings, recess lighting, or external/architectural upgrades.
