Aerial photos are a great way to capture the entire property in one image. Showing the proximity of the land to the surrounding area provides a fantastic perspective that is not customarily seen. This is a cost effective way to creates interest and set the listing and the agent apart from the crowd. It is also important to hire a pilot that has the current certifications, registrations and insurance or you the agent and hirer maybe partly liable for any incidences.

MP REAL ESTATE IMAGES is Licensed FAA part 107 Certified Drone pilot, registered with the FAA and fully insured.

Price: $200 (or $100 when combined with another full-price service) for the 1st 5 images

Delivery: 24 hours from date of on-site flight

Approximate time on site: 20 to 45 minutes

Scheduling: Be aware that flying around larger airports is controlled airspace and needs authorization to be able to take flight. The big three airports in our area are TF Green, Quonset and New Bedford (effecting Warwick, West Warwick, Cranston, East Greenwich, Jamestown, Prudence Island, North Kingstown, East Providence, Barrington, Warren in Rhode Island and New Bedford, Dartmouth, Fairhaven, Acushnet in Massachusetts). Most areas use an automated request portal for drone flight approval in controlled air space and usually receive authorization immediately upon request. However not all areas are link to an automated portal (Quonset airport) and therefore need to manually request authorization which can take some time to get approval within FAA’s guidelines. Request to fly beyond FAA guidelines (automated or manually requests) requires a waiver which takes even more time for approval and is not guaranteed.
